A few months ago I was asked to express my view of the key issue facing 2014, in as few words as possible.  It took me some pondering, while looking through the difficult aspects still looming over the night sky for the year to zoom into what would make a difference in my opinion.  With Uranus still hanging on to its fingertips to Pluto and Jupiter, and seeing that the results and benefits from these aspects in the past few years, has not been anything spectacular to write home about.  My first impression is that the year will be a roller coaster ride with many highs and many lows.  Full of excitements and thrills and with moments of fear and anxiety instill with the anticipation that something good and successful is around the next corner.  Uranus, the co-ruler to Aquarius with the planet Saturn, is considered the higher spiritual octave of Mercury.  The planet is associated with change, revolution, invention, inspiration, freedom and the inner awakening of the spirit and the soul.  It is the adaptability of Uranus to cleverly adjust to change combined with Pluto’s ability to regenerate, transform, and create, that anything we sincerely are committed to at this time will be more rewarding and will succeed beyond our expectations.  How we as a global community and individually adjust, react and improvise and work with the change will be the key and the hallmark to our success and accomplishments for the coming year.

The Oxford English Reference dictionary defines the word change as the following; 1.) The act or the instance of making or becoming different.  2.) An alteration or modification (a change in the person’s expression, thinking or way of dress.  3.) A new experience.  4.) The substitution of one thing for another: an exchange.  Having my Sun in Taurus makes it very hard for me to tolerate or make changes easily.  I find it more pleasant and comfortable to continue doing things as they have always been done by me.  I realize I am not alone in feeling or reacting in this way, but with these difficult and trying aspects that have been with us for a while.  We need to explore new avenues of approach, if we don’t want to fall into the same traps and difficulties we have been experiencing.  Although I may prefer not to experience change or something new, I am aware that any kind of change in one’s lifestyle seems to help to jumpstart one’s imagination, and at the same time it seems to have the power to shape a situation or idea before it is manifested into reality.  A new experience seems to show one what one wants or does not want, in order to point the way to what one truly desires.  Change also reveals what experiences exist at the moment, not necessarily what one wants to end up with.  One does not study or analyze change, one just goes with it.  One needs to experience change in its context, and to use change to create change.

As we experience this coming year as a global community or individually, we need to live and be in the moment.  To go with the flow and to begin to see where it takes us, before we put up our defenses and arguments.  As the global discontent, unrest and distress is spreading, we need to go within our own thoughts and emotions, to see what disgruntlement is seething within us, in order to implement the changes that are needed to bring us in harmony with ourselves.  For as long as we are unhappy with our state of affairs we will not be in the right frame of mind to make the right choices and to determine the changes that are needed.  Our key to success for the coming year will be determined by how well we meet and handle the challenges and obstacles that are placed on our path.  Our attitude and the way we deal with the situation will determine the success we will encounter, and whether a transformation will be in progress.  We need to realize that the energies and vibrations from Uranus and Pluto are here to be a help to each one of us and not a hindrance.  These two planets give us the ability to acclimatize, improvise, invent and to create the world we are willing to call our own.  We need to work with and to be open to the changes and to allow and welcome the transformation and the regeneration that will follow.

“With the Aspects of Uranus, Pluto and Saturn, the Keywords are Trusting Change!”

Being a western astrologer, who has an unquenchable thirst and curiosity about everything, I tend to incorporate every system I am aware of, in my analysis, to come to some truth that makes sense, to me.  Since, I strongly believe that everything and that means everything, is somehow connected and yet independent of one another, that every system has it its truths and connections.  So why not, use whatever makes sense at the moment to come to the truth or as close to the reality, as possible?  It was obvious to me when I realized that 2013 was the year of the snake in the Chinese system, that I needed to understand in my own way, what that really meant.  What did the snake represent and mean to me and how did it relate to my western thoughts?  What astrological planet seems to represent this creature God created?  Was there a planet or planets in the western system that said it all, without a thousand words connected with it?  It came to me in my contemplation that Uranus, Pluto and Saturn fitted the bill.  Was I right?  As the year is almost over, I must say that the Universe filled me with the right inspiration, and with the aspects of the planets to one another, only confirms that the keywords for the year and forever, is to trust that change will be ever constant.

Was this a revelation and a pivotal point in my thinking?   A definite yes, would fill the room and for miles around.  Why, you may ask?  Being human and with my Sun in Taurus, I am happy to have things stay the same way forever.  Change of any kind tends to interrupt the habit and routine I am comfortable with.  That is probably one of the reasons I began my studies into astrology, it was to anticipate what might be in store for me and to work with it.  This has helped me to foresee, but it never has made me feel comfortable with the changes or the disruptions it bought into my life.  I always felt hesitant and worry when I saw difficult aspects, or what I thought to be trying times about to arrive at my door step.  Once I began to realize and to accept that change is ever constant, a new attitude has developed in me, and that I am always were I need to be.  And that change of any kind is what I need to look forward to, instead of seeing change like mercury retrograde, which I might feel apprehensive about as it is about to begin its sojourn through the night sky.  Seeing change as constant is like seeing the necessity of sleep in one’s life.  I have come to the eye-opener that the success or failure in making the change in our lives is not as important as what we learn from the experience and the moment.  To realize that life as the I Ching has always stated in its hexagrams that change is always constant.  That we can always depend and trust that change is ever with us.  By learning to work with it, we will learn to create the life we want.

“Is it Wiser to Allow the Promise of the Natal Chart to Unfold or to Help it Along?”

3mf3pe3ld5Q55X65S4a6gc54cf5463c1c1528
Transits that aspects the natal chart, especially the eclipses, has always been of interest to me, in the ways the individuals effected by the aspect, experiences the moment. In this day and age, I feel so many things are vying for our attention that we sometimes miss the opportunities that present themselves. Also I have always wondered whether our foreknowledge of the events, might make us vulnerable by manipulating the outcome and not necessarily to what, the Universe had in store for us. Are we creating the results we want to come to pass, and not because they were suppose to happen? The upcoming solar eclipse in May, I feel is a significant one and I wanted to examine a chart to see whether it was wiser to allow the promise of the transit to unfold, or to help it along. And whether our expectations and our ego might not only color the consequences, but hinder it, from the full potential of its manifestation.

Ask, and the Universe will answer. I came across an individual where the individual felt the subtle beneficial aspect of the upcoming eclipse was already beginning to show signs it was fulfilling its promises, as it was affecting the seventh and the tenth house matters. This was exciting to me as the prediction seem already beginning to unfurl like a whirlwind, as indicated by the aspects. The eclipse sits on the individual’s descendant trine Pluto in the Tenth conjunct Uranus. This alone is a picture with a thousand words. My first teacher emphasized that in certain cases the effect of an eclipse may be felt by some six months ahead, than when it actually comes into aspect. Morin, one of my favorite ancient astrologers, emphasized the need to see at least three aspects pointing to the event, before predicting. The solar return has a grand trine with several other trines and a lesser known and used aspect, the kite, and with Pluto in the first. The profection is dealing with the eleventh house of hopes, friends and wishes. What more can one ask for?

As I continue to study the chart, my little voice inside of me, said to tell the person, I would love to change places, or would I? With everything moving full steam ahead, would I have the wisdom to be open to what would be unfolding before my eyes? Would I have the intelligence to keep abreast of all the details? Will I develop inertia or laziness and allow my creative abilities who got me this far, to take a holiday because all was falling into place? As with all good things, pitfalls abound in the most unlikely places and appear as wolfs in sheep’s clothing. As I have learnt the hard way, we need to allow things to unfold and not try to make things materialize or help it along. The Universe is far wiser than we are and knows what we need. For example, many years ago I was told by an astrologer that I would do very well in my chosen field of design, which I was very excited about. A job out of my field of interest kept calling me, but I kept turning it down. In hindsight I now realize it was the perfect stepping stone to accomplish what I hoped for. At the time I wasn’t open enough to see the possibilities. Had I let things unfold instead of trying to make it happen, success would have been sooner and better than when it finally did arrive.

“The Quest for Change Begins with the Self Murmurs the Sag Lunar Eclipse on May 24th 2013”

Sagittarius_2
As time seems to be flying by as if by magic, the predictions for 2013 as a year of the unusual, unexpected and sudden windfalls of change in the political, religious, climatic and economical areas are subtly unfolding. The year of the snake has made it presence known and the next move can only be guessed at. In this atmosphere, one of the most potent and powerful moons of the season, the 4 Sagittarius 6 Lunar Eclipse on May 24th at 9:26 pm PDT makes its appearance, murmuring that the quest for change begins with the self, first, and second with our thoughts. A perceptive notion created in harmony with a divine plan expressed through the aspects of the night sky. We are not able to have the vision for change, or make changes or see the changes as viable, if we don’t first make the change in ourselves. Uranus and Pluto make their third square, combined with the fact that this lunar eclipse is a super moon, indicating its closeness to the earth in a tight square to Neptune is storing up and focusing the energy for whatever we wish to bring into our reality.

“The Sabian symbol for the Moon in 5th degrees of Sagittarius and for the Sun in 5th degrees of Gemini is taken from “The Sabian Symbols in Astrology by Marc Edmund Jones”, and what follows are my comments.

Sagittarius 5 An old owl up in a tree This is a symbol of the necessary element of steadiness in human affairs, and of the extent to which the demonstrated and widely accepted values of the life must have their full and functioning part in the immediate reality with which an individual may be seeking to come to terms. Here is the power of man to give an eternal stability or a universal compulsion to whatever seems to call to his own deeper and private potentialities. Emphasized especially is the real dignity of self respect. The keyword is normality. When positive, the degree is exceptional wisdom or effective self-restraint in each detail of personal accomplishment, and when negative, self-betraying intellectual and emotional smugness.

Gemini 5 A radical magazine This is a symbol of the necessary element of change in human affairs, and of the extent to which the remote or the nonpossessed and entirely potential will have its full and functioning part in any immediate reality with which an individual may be seeking to come to terms. Here is the power of man to give high exaltation and dramatic force to whatever succeeds in stirring him deeply with himself. Emphasized in principal and important part is the supremacy of inner over outer compulsions. The keyword is tangency. When positive, the degree is personality in its highly effective capacity for putting its stamp on everything it touches, and when negative, a perverse determination to quarrel with everybody.

This symbol is very appropriate with its message as it speaks to the fact that when we begin to make the necessary changes, stability and staying center to our beliefs will be some of the benefits. It symbolizes our ability to use wisdom, emotional detachment and self control in emphasizing our ability in demonstrating our self respect and our ability to keep silent when it is necessary. It represents our maturity and confidence one gains when adapting to life’s trials and tribulations that are laid in front of one’s path in life. It echoes the need to have the courage to make dramatic changes and to defend what we believe and who we really are. It will make the difference from just succeeding to a successful completion. As we approach the energies of this Lunar Eclipse we need to remind ourselves, if we want to make changes, we must first begin with the self and then with our thoughts.

“Seek and Define One’s Sacred Purpose in Life Implies the 7 Leo 24 Full Moon on Jan 26th 2013”

As the year continues its journey, the days already seems to fly by and the dark cold winter nights seems to give way to the anticipation, that the warmth of spring is not too far away.  The hope of optimism is ever eternal and present in one’s thoughts and one’s feelings as one faces the unknown expectations and experiences that are about to unfold.  Our faith and trust in promises and the ideology without action, whether they are ours or others, are on shaky grounds.  Our need and necessity to think and feel out of the box and the norm is not only knocking on our door, but is about to break it open.  In this atmosphere the 7 Leo 24 Full Moon on January 26th 2013 at 8:30 pm PST begins to beam its light implying our need to seek and define one’s sacred purpose in life.  The fixed stars in conjunction with Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto with their aspect with one another are reminding us to take a giant step forward into the unknown and the uncharted areas in understanding our destiny and our feelings and the way we see it.  That to create and to heal comes out of our wisdom and our courage in our sacred beliefs, in which we really are and were we are meant to be.

“The Sabian symbol for the Moon in 8th degrees of Leo and for the Sun in 8th degrees of Aquarius is taken from “The Sabian Symbols in Astrology by Marc Edmund Jones”, and what follows are my comments.

Leo 8  A Bolshevik propagandist  This is a symbol of the indomitable expectation of the human spirit as it gathers strength from the innermost reaches of man’s own or enduring nature, here emphasized by the recurrent battles over social and political concepts.  The exceptional dynamic involved is seen in the selfless energy developed to an extreme by the revolutionists of each new age.  Implicit in the reversed symbolism is the need of the human community for worthy cause to which to rally in every aspect of its potentials.  The keyword is leaven.  When positive, the degree is a determination to share the soul’s vision and to make a permanent impact on history, and when negative, futile ranting against a multitude of superficial ills.

Aquarius 8  Beautifully gowned wax figures  This is a symbol of the ineradicable vanity of the human spirit as it gathers strength not only from the finery it wears but from a superficial display of woman’s form and man’s reputation, here emphasized  through personal idealizations.  A strong psychological dynamic for individual effort comes from the direct influence of outstanding and even notorious people, and implicit in the static symbolism of the waxworks is a necessity to recognize and identify the values worthy of emulation.  The keyword is impact.  When positive, the degree is achievement through the effective dramatization of human character on some level of everyday understanding, and when negative, futile effort to recapture outworn experience.

This symbol speaks to us about the fire of passion and the intense hope that rises in our souls when we support a cause we truly believe in.  The emphasis here is the selfless dedication to an ideology, especially when it includes the welfare of all.  The greatest advantage lies in aligning oneself with the most worthy causes, in seeking the greatest good for all concerned.  Implicit in this image is being a positive role model by demonstrating the highest virtues in practical every day living.  Emulation is the first step in achieving the qualities one is seeking to bring about in oneself and the second is the determination to dramatize one’s beneficial qualities by taking a fresh look at oneself and to be able to improvise, rearrange, and experiment until one arrives at the image that truly represents who we are.  Once we come to terms with our self, the direction and the reason for our sojourn in this life will become clear.  As the picture of the real us is established during this full moon period, the energies will unfold and help us to define our sacred purpose in life.

“Let Go and Go With the Flow is the mood of the 23 Virgo 37 New Moon Sept 15

As the world turns, it seems to be speeding faster into tomorrow, ever since the twenty first century began.  So it appears that the year 2012 is taking its cue from all the incredible technological advancements, and zooming ever so faster into the next year.  I t seems like only yesterday, which was the beginning of the year, but already the 23 Virgo 37 New Moon is making its appearance on September 15th 2012 at 7:11 pm PDT emphasizing our need to let go and go with the flow.  With Mars square Venus Trine Uranus square Pluto sextile Chiron, the need to take drastic action because we are pushed into it, is essential at the moment, even if all we do is to improvise as the situation continues its forward motion.  At the moment the aspects are telling us not to reason why, but to make the best of what is happening and to try to get in touch with our higher inner self for revelations, to help us make some radical changes and decisions to secure a better future.

It is also telling us to return to the time when the power of love was the theme and the aim of a new revolution and revelation.  This time it is not a freedom loving revolution, but a compassionate renewal for all things created by the Universe.  Unless we begin to see that all life and things created by the Universe is interconnected and needs to live in harmony, then only chaos can be the result, and that is what we are seeing all around us at the moment.  Unfortunately, unless we begin to take action to make some far-reaching changes, the results of our causes and effects, will come upon us sooner and more sweeping and dramatic, then we could ever imagine.  The Universe in its compassion is directing our higher thoughts to the direction we need to take, but we need to continue the movement by active participation, if we are to avoid and to side step some of the trials and tribulations of our own making.  It is directing us to the flow, but now we need to take control and work with it.

“The Sabian symbol for the 24th degree of Virgo is taken from “The Sabian Symbols in Astrology by Marc Edmund Jones”, and what follows are my comments.

Virgo 24  Mary and her white lamb   This is a symbol of the self-adequacy of experience on the inner or subjective side, or of that fullness of life which comes through a cherishing of young ideas.  The healthy approach to heaven through a child’s wide-eyed expectation is a clue to the adult’s responsibility for his potentials.  These he must take with him in a very conscious fashion wherever he goes if he is not to find himself divided within himself and so defeated by his own confusion.  The keyword is artlessness.  When positive, the degree is illimitable patience and adroitness in personal accomplishment, and when negative, futile show-off and idle boasting.

This symbol speaks of the necessity for us to see the world with a youthful perspective, by seeing life through the eyes of a child.  This symbolizes the innocence, the trust, the purity, the receptivity, and the experience of being without the complexities that come from age and the repetition of life.  Our responsibility is to let go of what we think we can and cannot do and to reawaken the potential that everything is possible with no limitations to accomplishing our dreams, or experiencing and seeing the wonders that life has to offer.  Our responsibility and greatest advantage lies in our ability to keep an open mind and to always expect the best.  With this attitude, the drastic modifications we need to make will be seen as opportunities instead of the necessities of change.  As we approach this Virgo New Moon, let us remember that the drastic change we need to make at this time may be to let go and go with the flow trusting in the wisdom of the Universe.

“The New Frontier is Within Whispers the 08 Pisces 33 Full Moon on August 31st 2012”

As the world seems to spin ever so quickly further into the world of tomorrow, with the gadgets and technology leaving the world of science fiction and becoming reality, it seems there is no boundary that has not been touched or explored.  Yet, one area in our life seems to have taken a back seat and stood still, and with some, has reverted to a slower time period.  It is the moments which were meant to be experienced and lived for what it was, and are now lost forever in time as memories that could have been.  In the mist of the hottest summer I have ever experienced, the Full Blue Moon (blue indicating the second full moon in the same month) in 08 Pisces 33, is happening on August 31st 2012 at 6:58 am PDT whispering that the new frontier we need to revisit is within.

The aspects in the night sky are trying to tell us that what we are experiencing as a global community or individually may be created by who we think we are, rather then by our true essence.  Have we allowed our feelings, emotions, thoughts and beliefs to be overcome by the awe of the spectacular and the excitements of our modern achievements, and have lost our connections with our spiritual source and with one another?  What is really important and essential for the health and success of the greatest creation of the Universe, life, being jeopardize by what we think matters and not what really matters?  In this modern world with everything laid in front of us begging our attention, do we have the wisdom to choose the right thing that will benefit all of us, and make life worthwhile?

“The Sabian symbol for the Moon in 9 degrees of Pisces and for the Sun in 9 degrees of Virgo is taken from “The Sabian Symbols in Astrology by Marc Edmund Jones”, and what follows are my comments.

Pisces 9  A jockey  This is a symbol of the eagerness for life an individual must show in any true revelation of himself, and of the concern he must have for the struggles and competitions of everyday experience.  It is only through thoroughly consistent performance of his skills and talents that man establishes himself among his fellows, and as this develops in excellence he is under increasing obligation to be successful in exhibiting them.  Implicit in the symbolism are very harsh penalties for any failure to drive the capabilities of self to the limit.  The keyword is practice.  When positive, the degree is a spectacular gift for rising to any occasion, and when negative, witless gambling of every resource and potentiality.

Virgo 9  A man making a futurist drawing  This is a symbol of the originality an individual must show in any true assertion of himself, and of the importance of the aesthetic or more spiritual areas of his experience.  It is only through an identifiable and personal uniqueness that man is able to establish himself among his fellows, and the risk he takes is that if this becomes too extreme it may repel rather than attract.  Implicit in the symbolism is a challenge to a distinctiveness which will release the creative capacities of others as well as self.  The keyword is experiment.  When positive, the degree is a gift for the illimitable expansion of the human mind and a consequent extension of its powers, and when negative, complete and continuous confusion of ideas.

This symbol speaks to us to live life fully to the best of our abilities, and to acknowledge that we would not be able to achieve this without our connection with the source of all life.  It is truly living and being in the moment with our inner higher self that we learn to improve and improvise any future experiences.  With Uranus square Pluto an emphasis on the regeneration and transformation is explored through originality and the uniqueness of the expression of our individualities and yet connected to the Divine source to create and to bring solutions, to any situations that confront us.  It is in living and being in the moment from within our higher self that we tend to express the best and begin to understand our purpose here.  This Full Moon in Pisces is whispering and reminding us that the new frontier we need to conquer, to understand and to work with is within our higher self, if we are to succeed in our wishes and dreams in navigating through life’s trials and tribulations.

“The Will and Commitment are Being Highlighted by the 25 Leo 08 Aug 17th New Moon”

As the world continues to turn with its bumpy ride through the year 2012, countries are realizing that they are not alone, but actually depended upon each other for their welfare if they are to get through the financial crunch without a domino’s effect hurting everyone.  In this surrounding atmosphere the 25 Leo 09 New Moon on august 17th 2012 at 8:56 pm PDT makes its appearance highlighting the need for the will and the commitment to work for the good of the whole instead of just the me, as we continue for our survival through difficult times.  The Leo Moon sextiles Saturn conjunct Mars and making an aspect to both Pluto square Uranus with Venus in opposition to Pluto and square Uranus.  This New Moon phase is a reminder that each of us is a spark and a creation of the Divine, expressing our individuality in the cosmic picture, but yet at the same time we need to realize we are connected to one another by the divine essence that runs through each of us.  The whole picture is greater then its part emphasizing the phase “United we stand, divided we fall”.  This statement is not only extremely appropriate at this time in the larger picture as a community and globally, but as individuals, if our emotional, intuitional and intellectual being are in conflict to one another, our ability to fulfill our goals will be futile.

“The Sabian symbol for the 26th degree of Aquarius is taken from “The Sabian Symbols in Astrology by Marc Edmund Jones”, and what follows are my comments.

Leo 26  A rainbow  This is a symbol of the over-all realization which comes to man for his guidance whenever he strives to reach his goals of a more enduring sort.  Here is assurance of divine participation in the most unpromising of human relationships.  The individual learns that there is a consistent ordering throughout the world in which he finds himself, and that nature will co-operate effectively with every vision he chooses to keep alive on his own account.  The keyword is significance.  When positive, the degree is a sense of very real spiritual power and presence in all personal effort and desire, and when negative, an uncritical acceptance of every passing hope or dream as something on which to depend.

This symbol speaks to our inner higher self in the realization of our connection to the Divine spark and to the guidance and hope it gives to us through the signs in nature of the presence of the Divine in all things with the gifts of aspiration, wish-fulfillment, faith, encouragement, and inspiration in knowing that at the end of the rainbow is the pot of gold.  The rainbow is the traditional symbol of hope dramatizing the need for faith and trust and the use and application of spiritual principles and standards for the good and benefit of all.  It is not in the pursuit to find the end of the rainbow, but the expectation, the visualization, and the thoughts of what is to be expected and looked for that develops our potentials which become the pot of gold.  It is the knowledge and the understanding that by using these spiritual principles and spiritual laws for the good of everyone, rather then for the few, that our vision and imagination will supersede its expectation.  As we approach this 25 Leo 08 New Moon, let us gain the will, the will power and the commitment to work for the good of the all and to realize we are all parts of the greater whole and the all.

“Now or Never is the Moment Says the 26 Cancer 54 New Moon on July 18 2012”

Like any map that gives us directions, to get to where we want to go, or an instruction pamphlet to get us started on the right foot, the stars and the planets are a guide and instructions with indications of the possibilities that lie across our paths as we continue our journey in life.  The problem that continues to plaque us is the possibility of misreading or misunderstanding the information.  Either by our carelessness or that the information given is too complex and confusing.  The complexity of the message and the subtle influences can create devastating results that sometimes appears to be simple, plain and to the point.  The 26 Cancer 54 New Moon on July 18th 2012 at 9:25 pm PDT is saying, it is now or never.  Pointing to the fact that we need to take actions, without warning us of the dangers involved.  Mars is in opposition to Uranus and square to Pluto demanding action, intent, passion, reform and regeneration.

As the night skies have been indicating a real need for change for the last few years, and to this point in time, the actions taken have not gotten us any further along then we were in the past.  An urgent need for action that makes a difference is imminent that we can no longer tolerate the circumstances, as they are.  The handwriting on the wall is demanding us that action needs to be taken before we no longer have a choice.  Being pushed into a situation where there are no choices or changes that can be made.   At the same time, it is subtly warning us to take care and to use insight and foresight in dealing with the circumstances of change and transformation.  That we need to be mindful of our every thought, word and action we encounter, when working towards revolutionizing the old ways into something that will work and benefit all.  We need to be careful not to bring up emotions and actions, which would separate us from a united cause.

“The Sabian symbol for the 28th degree of Cancer is taken from “The Sabian Symbols in Astrology by Marc Edmund Jones”, and what follows are my comments.

Cancer 27  A storm in a canyon  This is a symbol of a pyramiding reality on the side of external circumstances, or of violence and terror as divine in their capacity for lifting man out of his aplomb and demanding some manifestation o his inner ideals and enduring values.  Here is the indomitable integrity of everything to be taken as of consequence in its own right, shown in the energy with which it preserves itself.  Nature ever dramatizes man’s unleashed powers, or his ability to rise in supremacy over each momentary crisis.  The keyword is intensification.  When positive, the degree is an enlistment of every resource in life for a heightened expression of self, and when negative, fatuous enjoyment of turmoil.

This symbol totally speaks to us of awakening our complacency through the events we have been experiencing as a global community and our individual circumstances, which can no longer be ignored.  It alludes to a situation we have no control of, but at the same time we are able to prepare and be ready for what is about to happen.  We can not control what is on its way, but we can make preparations to deal with it.  This represents and demonstrates our ability to use the gifts the Universe has bestowed on us.  The ability to rise above any situation or crisis and to use every resource at our disposal in meeting any of the challenges that life has to offer.  In working out the solutions, it is advising us not to get caught up in emotional confrontations that will derail us from accomplishing our intended result.  Let us then come prepared with insights and foresights as we meet this New Moon in Cancer saying to us, it is now or never,

“The 12 Capricorn 13 Full Moon on July 3 2012 Says the Tip of the Iceberg is Sinking”

For the last few years the difficult aspects of squares and oppositions have been making their existence felt, here and there.  The shouts of change have filled the air, but the results have been very dubious with very little results, that actually made any difference in the global situation.  The conjunction of Pluto with the moon starts a new cycle of radical transformation with a square to Uranus initiating a foremost turning point, something we haven’t seen for a quite awhile.  With these aspects the 12 Capricorn 13 Full Moon makes its appearance on July 3rd 2012 at 11:53 am PDT saying to everyone that the tip of the iceberg is sinking.  This is indicating to us that the situation is getting worst and the actions we need to take can no longer wait.  To react as we have been, has done nothing so far.  The Universe is about to push us into a situation, where we no longer have a choice, but to make some drastic changes in a creative and courageous way.  Within about a week and a half, both Mercury and Uranus will be turning retrograde, forcing us to look within ourselves for the answers.

“The Sabian symbol for the Moon in 13 degrees of Capricorn and for the Sun in 13 degrees of Cancer is taken from “The Sabian Symbols in Astrology by Marc Edmund Jones”, and what follows are my comments.

Capricorn  13  A fire worshiper  This is a symbol of man’s inner strength through his realization of an inviolable  tie with creative power of the universe itself, dramatized by hiss continual outreach to the divine in a spiritualizing of his aspiration and a dedication of his talents and possessions to the over-all reality.  He knows he must demonstrate his ultimate independence of his circumstances or else surrender his own potentialities forever.  Here is ideality brought to the point of miracle.  The keyword is magic.  When positive, the degree is extraordinary skill in enlisting every resource of the world for the exaltation of self and the consummation of its ambitions, and when negative, consistent overestimation of personal capacity.

Cancer 13  One hand slightly flexed with a very prominent thumb  This is a symbol of that belief in his inherent supremacy over all other orders of nature by which man is characterized most fundamentally, dramatized by his quite normal confidence in his ability to deal with every eventuality of day-by-day activity and relationship.  Any individual must rule his environment or surrender his own potentialities forever.  Here is practicality brought to the point of ruthlessness.  The keyword is determination.  When positive, the degree is exceptional steadiness and a high sense of self-responsibility in every issue of the moment, and when negative, unnecessary aggressiveness and a self-defeating shortsightedness.

This symbol is empowering us because of the knowledge and wisdom that with the miracle of spiritual transformation we are inseparably linked with our creator.  The emphasis is on the devotion, on the hope, on the faith and on the inspiration that our creative power is within, and is connected with the Creator, to generate that which we desire.  This symbol points to our devotion, and our belief that everything we have and are, is because of a higher power.  This speaks to us of the exceptional discipline, control, responsibility and strength we have within, with our unshakeable confidence in our ability to handle whatever problems and tribulation that comes our way.  This symbol is reminding us to reconnect with the creator, to go within our sacred abode, that the solutions are within and easily accessible.  The tip of the iceberg is sinking and disappearing says this Capricorn Full Moon, as it is a wake up call that we can no longer avoid to find the solutions to our problems.  There can be no more delays, as we need to make some drastic changes before it is too late and are forced into it.
